Jennifer Guo
Biography
Jennifer Guo is a first year PhD student in Health Economics at the Institute of Health Policy, Management, and Evaluation at the University of Toronto. She holds a Master of International Public Policy at the Balsillie School of International Affairs, and brings working knowledge of health system planning, policy development, and project management experience. She has led multi-stakeholder projects in consultation with clinical advisory groups, to develop quality assurance programs in public health and enhanced data quality and reporting of provincial trends to support hospital resource planning. Her research interests stem from her policy work on personalized medicine, with a focus on the clinical use of genomic information and its implications for the health care sector.
